A systemic and methodological approach has its own benefits. With this in mind, CSP Group built and consolidated its exclusive systems and proprietary tools that can be replicated and applied for different projects, markets, audiences, interests and sectors in a consistent and reliable manner. The proprietary systems consolidated and made available by CSP Group are:
SPP System
SPP | System for Project Performance |
SIM | System for Integrated Sponsorship Marketing |
SCR | System for Socioenvironmental Responsibility |
SIS | System for Structuring Investments |
SMA | System for Monetization of Assets |
SAI | System of Artificial Intelligence |
SAF | System of Computerized Waterfalls |
The SPP - System for Project Performance is an integrated system of methods of design, elaboration, planning, implementation, management and evaluation of projects, regardless of their area of operation or intervention. The SPP System is based on the concept of risk minimization and investment optimization. Thus, each search for solutions to ideas, demands, needs, problems and expectations, are treated as project and explored by the modules of the System, which provide feedback each other, allowing a constant evaluation and monitoring of results achieved and eventual adjustments of the actions and activities, since the genesis of the project.
The SPP System is composed of the following sequential and interdependent modules:MMP – Project Mind MappingIn the preliminary stages of a project, the Mind Mapping module is of special importance to assist in the representation, organization and exploration of ideas and problems in a graphic and visual format, facilitating the perception and understanding of them, allowing a vision of the whole and stimulating creativity and innovation.
PFP – Project Future PredictionThe Future Prediction module replaces and surpasses, with some advantages, the traditional methodology of scenario studies and SWOT analysis. This method is based on mathematical and statistical components of multiple regression and factor analysis, to identify the power and inertia of the current status, trends and legal interventions present in the universe of action of the idea, need, problem or identified demand.
PGP – Project Global PlanningThe Global Planning module establishes all the parameters of a strategic planning, in addition to identifying possible solutions in the form of strategies and action plans for achieving proposed objectives and goals. This module formalizes and explains the qualitative aspects of the Project, with its terms of reference shared among its stakeholders.ARP - Project Resources AllocationThe Resources Allocation module quantifies and analyzes the solutions and action plans identified according to their potential contribution to the objectives and goals of the project, according to the available resources, through the interpolation of parameterized matrices of needs and solutions. The results are finally exported to graphs and diagrams, facilitating the decision-making process and increasing the probabilities of success in the face of the resources to be allocated.IPM - Integrated Project ManagementThe Integrated Project Management module is composed of the management methods and processes necessary to ensure deliveries according to the parameters, objectives and goals proposed for the projects. The systemic concept is reinforced in order to manage, in an integrated and real-time manner, the scope, time, costs, communication, human resources, risks, quality, supplies and contracting of the projects to be implemented. Thus, it is possible to constantly monitor the expected results with those achieved throughout the management process, providing feedback to all previous modules.
